Everything you need to know about our products, shipping, and returns.

All of our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax. We never use paraffin, palm, or blended waxes. Soy wax burns cleaner, lasts longer, and holds fragrance beautifully.
Our 8oz candles burn for approximately 40-50 hours, 12oz for 60-70 hours, and 16oz for 80-90 hours. Burn time depends on environment and proper wick care.
Currently we ship within the contiguous United States. We are working to expand to Canada and select international destinations in the near future. Join our mailing list to be notified.
We accept returns on all unused, unopened items within 30 days of purchase. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we will send a replacement at no cost.
Our candles use phthalate-free fragrances and non-toxic soy wax, which is generally considered safe around pets. However, we recommend burning in a ventilated room and keeping candles out of reach of animals.
Absolutely. Our vessels are designed to be reused. Once the candle has burned down, clean the vessel with warm water and use it as a planter, pen holder, or decorative piece. We love seeing how customers repurpose them.
